SV Technical Director Elated With Nikolas Nartey Capture
SV Sandhausen Sporting Director Sven Mislintat has expressed delight to have Danish born Ghanaian midfielder Nikolas Nartey with his outfit.
The 20-year old midfielder has being loaned to the 2nd Bundesliga club on a year deal from VfB Stuttgart. He spent last season on loan at Hansa Rostock in the league, where he played 19 games.
“After the station at Hansa Rostock in the 3rd league, the next step in the 2nd Bundesliga follows,” says Sports Director Sven Mislintat, who believes the young professional at SVS and coach Uwe Koschinat “in good hands”.
With the second division club, they are looking forward to “such a young and hungry player”, as Mikayil Kabaca, the sports director at SVS, says, “he showed at a young age what great quality he was.”
Nartey also highlighted his objectives at his new home; “My goal is to get a lot of playing time, to help the team and to keep developing”
“I pursued SVS last season as an intensive team that always gets everything out of the field. That fits my mentality,” said Nartey.
