Communication Director for Ghana Premier League side King Faisal Babies FC, Awal Mohammed has debunk claims of his outfit considering a move to Nyinahin Stadium as new hone venue.
Earlier today reports in the local media revealed that Management of the Insha Allah Boys are considering adopting Nyinahin Sports Complex as venue for 2020/2021 Ghana Premier League Season.
Alhaji Grusah’s King Faisal were patronising the Baba Yara Sports Stadium before moving to Techiman Ohene Ameyaw park for their home games.
According to Awal Mohammed, it’s not true they’re considering a move from Techiman because the Municipality has shown the team much love
“We’ve not planned of moving to the said venue (Nyinahin Sports Complex)”Management has not taken any decision on this”
“All I can say is if the league is to be played today; we will play our games in Techiman, Ohene Ameyaw Park” Mohammed told OTEC FM in Kumasi.
“The people of Techiman really showed loved to the team and they welcome us well when we decided to move our home there” he added.
King Faisal before the intervention from the Ghana Football Association to cancel the 2019/20 League Season, relinquished bottom of the table when they failed to win in 13 games.
