Board of Ghana Premier League heavyweight Asante Kotoko SC has given Nana Yaw Amponsah an ultimatum to wait for his fate on becoming the club’s new Chief Executive Officer.
The 2019 GFA Presidential aspirant Nana Yaw Amponsah is the owner and Bankroller of Division Two League Club Phar Ranges.
The Board of Directors having met Nana Yaw Amponsah for an interview regarding the vacant position, has informed the Club administrator to wait for some month’s time as they take a decision.
Nana Yaw Amponsah has already presented a 5-year development plan to the Board and hoping to be appointed the CEO, which he will work with as a guideline to ensure the Porcupine Warriors secures their glorious moments back.
Asante Kotoko board told Nana Yaw Amponsah they will get back to him in month’s time.
According to the Spokesperson of the National Circles Council who hinted to Oyerepa FM.
“Fortunately we met a board member at Manhyia when we went to meet the Chief of Staff and he confirmed they have interviewed Nana Yaw Amponsah and have told him they will get back to him in a month’s time”
“He said there are some formalities they will need to go through especially with the Prof Lydia Nkansah- committee working and also they have to inform Manhyia about such decisions also”.
