The Ghana Football Association(GFA) has plans to build a World Class edifice at Black Queens camp base, Prampram.
Speaking in an interview, the Communications Director of the FA, Henry Asante Twum revealed that plans are underway to construct and improve the current facility in Prampram into a world class edifice as part of efforts to develop infrastructure for the development of the sport in the West African country.
He disclosed that, the construction of facility will reduce congestion and inconvenience anytime two or more national teams are camped ahead of major assignments.
“Kurt Okraku administration is committed to ensure he improves the Ghanaman Soccer of Excellence into a world class edifice to improve the development of football talents in Ghana,’’ Asante told Accra-based radio station Kingdom FM.
Henry added that, the plan to build world class edifice is in line with the Association’s core objective of developing infrastructure and technical base of the sport in the quest to develop it to the highest level.
Prampram for years has being the only depending sports facilty for the various National teams, asuch the need to facelift it by the new administration.
