The English International who was an assistant manager of Greece side Panathinaikos FC holds UEFA License A in coaching.
He has worked with clubs in England and other European clubs.
The 57-year-old has been head of academy coaching for Dutch side Roda JC Kerkrade and Yeovil Town.
The former Yeovil Town central defender was assistant manager to KV Kortrijk in Belgium and Luton Town in the English League one.
He recently managed Greek side Giannis Atromitos as assistant manager.
Ghana FA announced about a week ago that long-serving technical director, Mr. Francis Oti Akenteng will be vacating the position when his contract expires at the end of March 2020.
As a result, the Ghana FA opened application as they search for a new person to lead the technical director department.
